Lord, thank You for creating me in Your image. You are perfect, holy, kind, and powerful. You knew me before You formed me and You love me unconditionally. I am valued by You, forgiven and redeemed. There’s nothing that I can’t bring to You and there’s nothing You don’t already know; yet You still love me. You want me to cast all of my cares on You because You care for me. Sometimes it’s hard because I feel like I have no one to rely on but me and it seems like no one understands what I’ve been through. I know this isn’t true, so I’m choosing to put pride aside and let You in all the way.

I thank You for it all. Even the little things. Help me to keep a spirit of gratitude because all that I am and all that I have comes from You and belongs to You. You saw fit for me to exist in this world at this exact time, and I know You have great plans for my life. Orchestrate every step of my life on earth and keep watch over me. Mold me into the best version of myself – better than I can envision. The one where I look most like You.

Let Your love shine through me. Let Your Word teach me. Let Your presence comfort me. Let Your voice guide me. Let Your strength sustain me. Let Your shadow hide me. You know my innermost thoughts. You search my heart and You know me. Every battle belongs to You, but I must be prepared to fight and stand strong by the resurrection power that lives in me. Position me, Lord, to fight with You, with faith unshakable. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
